Space bounty hunter Altair continues to explore Tallon IV and acquires the Boost Ball, Wave Beam, Thermal Vision, Super Missiles, and Spider Ball. The game has a really good atmosphere and fairly high—but fair—difficulty. The game punishes you for being reckless, and the atmosphere in all areas is so well planned out. The moment you unleash a Metroid, you really panic, and once the lights go out in the labs, things get tense. Thardus, the boss of Phendrana Drifts, was way too tanky; it's so easy to waste a Super Missile and have to farm for another opportunity to damage the boss again. This makes the boss fight drag on longer than needed, but other than that, it was great.~Note: This game was played on Dolphin emulator. Any graphical glitches you notice may be caused by the emulation.Stream was on 8/15/2026
