<description>Captain Altair of the U.E.S. Onyx has successfully united all remaining alien races into an alliance. Throughout this stream, we assist them in various ways while unraveling the mysteries we have encountered so far. This is Part 3A of my 13-hour Star Control: Origins stream. Due to the video.diachron configuration, the recording was automatically split into a new VOD after the 10-hour mark. We accomplished a great deal! While I didn't find every single optional quest, we fully completed every one we discovered with "good" endings. I believe the developers did an amazing job with starbase placements; they are located in all major regions yet remain relatively distant from the most challenging and remote areas. I also appreciate the trading outposts in the furthest reaches of space. This ensures that even players without high-capacity fuel tanks can trek out to the corners of the Spur.Note: This game was played on Linux using Proton Experimental. Any graphical glitches you notice may be caused by the compatibility layer. You can pick up the game here!
