Onyx command ship and sets out to save humanity and other alien races! As a massive Star Control fan, I followed the game's development quite a bit when I was younger. I knew about its ups and downs, and it took me so many years to finally have a good enough computer to play it. I'm going in semi-blind, with only knowledge of the project's development history as guidance. From my 7 hours of playing thus far, I have to say, it's really good! The multiverse part makes me want to create my own story in the future. I highly recommend picking it up on GOG or Steam if you like space adventures!Note: The game lagged on planets with a lot of flora and fauna due to GE-Proton10-12. After switching to Proton Experimental in the middle of Part 2, it ran smoothly.You can pick up the game here!
